The Chronicles of Navigating Disclosure is a collection of poems of my movement throughout my journey of self-discovery. As a Black Man of Transgender Experience, I find this process of navigation crucial and there is not always space to disclose such stories. But through these poems, I have made space for me. From 11th grade when I first realized I am transgender to the moments now where I reflect on my futures yet lived, I share with you a coming and continuum of being.
